Meet the Team
Dr. Alio and Dr. Blasini were deeply dissatisfied with the existing medical system that seems more concerned about profits than the well-being of patients. Determined to make a difference, they took matters into their own hands. They embarked on a mission to establish their own medical practice, free from intermediaries, corporate influence, and the limitations imposed by medical insurance.
Dr. Alio
Dr. Suzzette Alió Lladó is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician. Born and raised in Bayamon Puerto Rico. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Alió is committed to providing preventative, LGBTQI+, and acute care medicine to her patients.
She is also passionate about minor surgical procedures. Dr. Alió earned her Medical Doctor degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in México and completed a yearlong internship at the Manati Medical Center in Puerto Rico. Additionally, she received a Bachelor in General Science from the University of Puerto Rico and finished her Family Medicine Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington Delaware.
Dr. Alio enjoys bike riding, going to the gym, beach trips, paddle boarding, exploring new cuisines, and soaking up the warm, beautiful weather. Her home is shared with her wife, Dr. Blasini, their dog, Gofio, and their Cat, Leo.

Dr. Blasini
Dr. Barbara M. Blasini Rodriguez is a board-certified family medicine physician born and raised in Coamo, Puerto Rico. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and biotechnology from the University of Puerto Rico and a medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico.
She completed her Family Medicine residency training at Hospital Sant Francis in Wilmington, Delaware. Her professional interests include Preventive Medicine, the Hispanic community, women’s Health, and LGBTQIA medical care.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, traveling, reading, and being a “foody”. Together with her wife, Dr. Blasini loves exploring new adventures with their furry babies, Leo and Gofio.
